Touch screen control building materials flammability test furnace adopts stainless steel box, is in the old JCK-2 products based on the new touch screen control sample controlled automatic lifting, Bunsen lamp can adjust the function of the upgrade product, is strictly in accordance with the national standard GB8626-2007 and the production of high configuration building materials combustion grade test instrument.
Building materials flammability test furnace is in the normal combustion environment, with a small flame directly impact vertically placed samples to determine the flammability of building products Building materials flammability test furnace using the German KLEINBRENNER(Kleinbrenner) principle, in the vertical direction of the small flame direct impact, It is used to determine the combustion performance of Class B building materials (that is, it is used to determine the combustion performance of building materials/flame retardant grade B)
In the construction industry, the flammability of building materials is crucial for building safety. Building material flammability testing furnaces can be used to test the flammability of various building materials, thereby improving building safety. This provides quality assurance for manufacturers. By testing the flammability of products, it ensures that products meet national standards and customer requirements, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. It is an important technical means for quality inspection agencies to test building materials. By testing the flammability of building materials, their safety and reliability can be assessed, thus guaranteeing building safety. The building material flammability testing furnace is of great significance in ensuring building safety and production quality: Through testing with the building material flammability testing furnace, companies can gain insights into product improvement and upgrading. Based on experimental data, more scientific and reasonable raw material ratios and production processes can be developed, improving product quality and competitiveness. It effectively assesses the flammability of building materials, facilitating the development of more detailed building codes and standards by relevant departments. At the same time, it allows for the prohibition and replacement of highly flammable building materials, thus improving building safety.

2. Power cord 1 piece
3. Gas pipe (with clamp) 1 piece
4. Clamps 2 sets
5. Flame height measuring device 1 unit
6. Flame positioner 2 units

8. Product manual 1 copy
9. Product certificate of conformity 1 piece
I. Equipment Installation and Preparation
Accessory Check: Confirm that the included accessories include the sample holder, positioning device, drip tray, flame ruler, gas valve, and gas pipe. If a wind speed device is selected, an additional power supply needs to be connected, and the wind speed should be adjusted to 0.7 ± 0.1 m/s.
Gas and Power Connection: Install the valve onto the gas cylinder (the safety valve needs to be opened manually), and connect the equipment's power and gas supply. If a wind speed meter is equipped, calibrate the airflow direction and insert it into the temperature measurement port.
II. Operating Procedure
Parameter Settings: Set the experiment time (usually 15 seconds or 30 seconds) via the touchscreen interface, and select whether to enable the "automatic ignition" or "automatic gas shut-off at the end of the experiment" function.
Sample Installation: Use the sample holder to fix the material (usually 250mm × 90mm), and adjust the flame contact position using the positioning device (e.g., 40mm from the bottom edge).
Flame Adjustment: Start the gas and ignite the flame, adjust the Bunsen burner to a 20 ± 2mm blue flame, and tilt it 45 degrees towards the sample.
III. Experiment Execution and Observation
Start Experiment: After clicking "Start," the burner contacts the sample and the countdown begins. Observe the combustion phenomena (e.g., surface ignition, burning to the marked line).
Data Recording: Save the data after the experiment, turn off the gas, and check the sample's combustion status (e.g., remaining length, whether dripping material ignites the filter paper).
IV. Safety and Maintenance
Operating Procedures: Avoid putting hands into the test furnace, and do not stack flammable materials around the equipment. Stop the machine immediately in case of any abnormalities.
Regular Calibration: Calibrate the heat load uniformity (4-point temperature difference ≤ 15℃) and wind speed (5-point measurement error ≤ 10%) every 3 months.
